Join the Orchid Club for a workshop focusing on back health, safe transferring and carrying of children with special needs, and stress management!
Anyone in the community is welcome to listen to our speakers and participate in the exercises:
* Elly Bruursema, an adult physical therapist at MOSAIC Rehabilitation - Belgrade
* Rachael Dunkel, a licensed clinical professional counselor at Bridger Peaks Counseling & Recovery Services, LLC
* Zoe Strauss, licensed acupuncturist at PRH Community Acupuncture
* Texel Feder, yoga teacher at Texel Feder Yoga
Bring a yoga mat & wear comfy clothes so you can participate in a few back-friendly movements. Children are welcome, but we ask that they are healthy and not too distracting.
