Rising Strong is a learning experience about what it takes to get back up after disappointment, failure, and heartache. 

This group includes three days of experiential learning, Rising Strong™ workbook, daily snacks, lunch on Saturday, & Sunday Morning Yoga.

To make this a full retreat experience, participants can reserve space at the retreat location, offering a healing environment and space to breathe in the beauty of this work.  Space is limited.  Please contact Bridger Peaks Counseling & Recovery Services for additional information on taking advantage of the full retreat experience.

Learning Outcomes : After attending Rising Strong™, you’ll be able to:

  • Identify the relationship between your emotions, thoughts, and behavior
  • Process difficult emotions instead of the norm (stuff em’, act out, etc.)
  • Bounce back from difficult experiences more quickly
  • Have a healthier relationship with struggle (disappointment, failure, heartbreak, etc.)

 RETREAT: Three full days of experiential learning, light refreshments throughout the retreat, lunch served on Saturday & a yoga relaxation class on Saturday after training.
