DENEEN PANCARI
MSW, SWLC
Thanks for being here. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating a sense of safety and connection. My intention is to meet people where they are and walk alongside them as they build a deeper understanding of their emotions, patterns, and nervous system responses.
I focus on helping people feel more regulated and self-aware rather than pushing for quick fixes. Therapy with me tends to be experiential and skills-based, with space for both reflection and practical tools for daily life. I am also a gender-affirming therapist and strive to create a space where clients of all gender identities and expressions feel seen, respected, and supported in their full sense of self.
I have had the honor of working with adolescents, young adults, and older adults in high level of care eating disorder treatment settings, supporting individuals through both individual and group therapy. I also have experience facilitating and co-leading therapeutic groups in these environments. In addition, I have worked with teens navigating body image concerns, identity development, grief and loss, anxiety, and challenges with emotional regulation.
