JULIE HENNINGSEN

MPAS, PA-C

As a Physician Assistant specializing in psychiatric medicine, I believe in supporting your natural capacity for healing through a collaborative approach to mental health care. With over a decade of healthcare experience across various specialties in the Gallatin Valley, I understand that effective treatment often combines different perspectives and approaches.

My background is a bit unconventional - from wildland firefighting to guiding leadership expeditions, from forestry work to wilderness emergency medicine. These diverse experiences have taught me that healing happens in many different ways and environments, and that each person's path is unique.

I strongly believe in listening carefully to understand what you're experiencing and working together to explore treatment options that feel right for you. Whether we're addressing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, or other mental health concerns, I'm committed to helping you discover the approaches - both traditional and innovative - that support your wellbeing.

At Bridger Peaks Counseling, I value working alongside our talented team of counselors and therapists. This collaborative model allows us to provide comprehensive care that honors both your individual needs and the healing power of therapeutic relationships.

'The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek.' - Joseph Campbell

I'm excited to continue this work in Montana, supporting clients as they navigate their own paths toward healing and growth.
