JOELLE STARR
MS, PCLC, NCC
Whether you’re managing mental health issues, navigating difficult circumstances, or simply want to make the most of life, I believe counseling can broaden your spectrum of choices and help you tune in - to yourself, to your partner, and to the possibilities of the world around you.
My approach begins with the therapeutic relationship: the ship that will carry, protect, and sustain us on this voyage together. I promise to accompany you with humility and curiosity as you lead the way, offering reflection and insight but never judgment. I believe truth is inherently healing, and I will stand with you as you explore and bravely face that truth.
Some of my clinical interests include young adults; couples; group therapy; life transitions; career counseling; grief and loss; chronic and/or terminal illness; justice-impacted individuals; and personality disorders and their effects on relationships and families. I earned my MS in Mental Health Counseling from Montana State University in 2021 and am currently working toward full licensure.
